With today’s ever increasingly diminished programme time frames, the use of modules
has become more popular than ever before, whole risers, corridors & plantrooms can be
pre-made in advance off site and stored ready for delivery to suit programme
requirements.

Roof modules installed on Heathrow terminal 3, this picture shows only a small part of the near 300m run involving 36 pipe modules. Each module was 9m long and ranged from between 2.5m and 5m wide. All Pipework was lagged including trace heating on the LTHW heating and domestic hot water Pipework.

Your specialist contractors are welcome to come to our works if you so desire to install such specialist services as electrics, lagging or even to commission or we can outsource these ourselves. You will end up with a completed unit with minimal site connections enabling it to be virtually ready to use within days
