Steel Pipe Prefabrication
Procedure in accordance with BS EN ISO 15614-1:2004 and all welders are coded to
BS EN 287-1 2004 Class One.
Pipework prefabrication can be produced from the smallest of pipe sizes through to the largest and to the standard class I or Class II dependant upon your specification requirements.
Prefabrication can be produced from your drawings/sketches or we can offer our on
site measuring service
The following additional services can be opted for:
• Weld maps
• Ultra sonic testing at our works or sent away for radiographic testing
• Weld tagging
• Specialist paint coverings
All Pipework capped before transit if requested
